The life cycle:
First the butterfly will lay her eggs. Then the caterpillar will break out of the shell by eating its way out. After eating a lot of leaves and growing much larger, the caterpillar becomes a chrysalis. After a while, a new butterfly comes out of the chrysalis.

Butterflies live in trees and flowers.

Butterflies' predators include some other insects, spiders and birds.
