Flying Emus

Part B:

While they were in the air, George said to Professor Google-Face,

"I think I know why we are in the air after jumping down the chimney. Remember the trampoline we left in the fireplace three weeks, two days, five hours and twenty-seven minutes ago?"

"Yes, said Professor Google-Face.

"Well," said George, "when we jumped down the chimney, we could have landed on the trampoline and bounced back out of the chimney."

"I'm not so sure about that," said the Professor, "but you might be right," he added.

George was right. Then they landed on the roof again and started rolling down. When they had rolled to the edge of the roof, they flew off the gutter and on to a white Toyota Camry which had a lady of the age of 35, a man at the age of 43, his twin brother at the age of 43 and a girl at the age of 6 who was reading in it. As George and Professor Google-Face flew through the air and landed on the roof of the car, the little girl thought she heard two people screaming and a crash. This was, of course, George and the Professor but the girl didn't know that.

"I must be dreaming!" she thought and went on reading.

"We're off to Warmastoasty," panted the Professor happily.

"There's only one problem," said George.

"I know what it is!" said the Professor, "It's the space suits!"

"Why did you say that so happily?" asked George.

"Because they're right here!" shouted the Professor as he pulled two fold-up space suits out of his pocket. He gave one to George and one to himself. They unfolded them and put them on. Then George and Professor Google-Face noticed something they hadn't noticed before. The car was old and rusty, chugging along at one kilometre per hour! It was also going away from Warmastoasty!
